The Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA) is a scholarly society for people committed to the advancement of higher and tertiary education. It promotes the development of higher education policy, practice and the study of teaching and learning. HERDSA encourages and disseminates research on teaching and learning and higher education development. This occurs through a range of publications including the highly regarded journal Higher Education Research & Development (HERD), the HERDSA Guides Series and an annual conference. HERDSA works to build strong academic communities through a network of branches across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

HERDSA is a member network of the International Consortium for Educational Development (ICED).

SAPE is a not-for-profit association established in July 2012. The mission of SAPE is to create pillars of support with the purpose of enabling members to enhance the quality and competency of their teaching and learning services. SAPE members shall have access to a robust range of opportunities to explore new education innovations, participate in industry-led initiatives, and seek collaborative partnerships in the academic, continuing education and training sectors.

A key thrust of SAPE is to enhance capabilities and education services for the industry. SAPE’s Capabilities Development programmes include seminars, conferences and industry trips that PEIs can benefit from knowledge sharing by industry thought leaders.

EdTechReview (ETR) is a community for everyone involved in education technology to connect and collaborate both online and offline to discover, learn, utilize and share about the best ways technology can help improve learning, teaching, and leading in the 21st century. EdTechReview spreads awareness on education technology and its role in 21st century education through best research and practices of using technology in education, and by facilitating events, training, professional development, and consultation for its adoption and implementation. has grown into a premier media platform for educational stakeholders to find useful news, information and resources on educational technology having a niche readership from over 220 countries and territories across the globe.

First established in 2004, BrightSparks started out as a portal to help students research and apply for scholarships. It has since grown over the years and is now the number ONE scholarship destination in Singapore, serving student’s their scholarship and higher education research and application needs.

BrightSparks conducts an annual BrightSparks Scholarship and Higher Education survey which aims to understand students’ scholarship preferences. The survey results will be shared with scholarship and education providers to provide them better clarity about the education landscape and help them attract the right candidates to apply.
